Diana is the Managing Partner of BWCI Group. She also leads the Pensions Consultancy Team as the Head of Pensions Delivery for the Group. She is also the HR and finance Partner for the Group.

She advises Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK and international clients on a wide range of employee benefit issues, including scheme design, funding valuations and regulatory compliance. Among her clients, Diana advises several major UK charities and the States of Guernsey government. As HR Partner she is responsible for the learning and development needs of the Group’s staff in both general business skills and professional qualifications and led the Group to win the 2003 Excellence in Training Award sponsored by the Guernsey Training Agency and the Institute of Directors.

Diana became a Partner of the Group in 1991, and has been with the Group since 1981, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1988 and became the first actuary to qualify locally in the Channel Islands. She is a former Secretary of the Channel Islands Actuarial Association. Diana holds a UK Scheme Actuary Certificate.
