Matthew is a Senior Manager in our Pensions Consultancy team. In addition to advising a range of local and international clients on employee benefits issues, he is the Group’s student study coordinator, supporting BWCI’s actuarial trainees through our structured study process.

Matthew also sits on BWCI’s actuarial modelling group and has worked on the development of a number of internal models, including the model behind the Group’s Funding Monitor Service which was launched in 2013. He is also secretary of the International Development Group which is responsible for international employee benefits issues within BWCI.

Matthew joined BWCI in 2005 and became a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2012. Matt is an active member of the Young Business Group of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce.
