Orla is a Senior Manager in our Actuarial Pensions team and advises a range of local, UK and international clients on employee benefit issues.

She has been advising the trustees and employers of Irish and UK pension schemes since 2005. Prior to joining BWCi in 2024, Orla acted as Scheme Actuary and Risk Manager for a number of Irish defined benefit pension schemes with a leading pensions consultancy.

Orla qualified as an actuary in 2011 and she is Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.
