Debra is a Partner in the Pensions Consultancy team. She also plays a key role in the Actuarial Opinions Team, providing actuarial opinions on personal injury claims.

She advises a range of local, UK and international clients on employee benefit issues and specialises in technical developments on actuarial valuations as a member of the Employee Benefits Research Group. She is also a member of the International Group, with responsibility for the application of UK pensions legislation to Channel Islands and international pension arrangements. Debra led the development of the Group’s Funding Monitor Service, which was launched in 2013.

Debra qualified as an actuary in 2005 and joined BWCI in 2006 after transferring from a leading UK actuarial consultancy. She became a Partner of the Group in 2014. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and also holds a UK Scheme Actuary Certificate.
